I got a quote for a 2017 RDX AWD lease for $370 a month. Total out of pocket expenses is $2,378 includes first month payment

The MSRP is $38,145. Selling price is $34,302. NYC sales tax is 8.875%

Is this a good deal?

What's the term (Months and Miles)? Do you have a detailed breakdown of the Cap Cost or an itemized quote that would account for the Doc Fee, Residual, Acquisition Fee, Taxes, Rebates, Money Factor (interest rate), etc? It looks like there is $1,500 Bonus Lease Cash available. I'm guessing they are using the lease cash in the sales price. There is also $1,000 Dealer Cash available (dealer can use at their discretion).
