Car Buying Advice - Fed Hike and Leasing

Will this recently announced hike in interest rates by the Fed have much of an impact on leasing? Obviously it'll impact financing vehicles, but I'm pretty new to the whole world of leasing. Thanks in advance.

Rates have already been going up, ahead of the FED's announcement. 1/4% from the FED won't have much to do with leasing or finance rates. Treasury bond yields actually went down, after the announcement, this afternoon.
