ok I got these two new quotes this afternoon. The second price is weird as it's more expensive each month but less sales tax

both offers have just tax, first month, bf in it up front. ANy dealer cash incentives this month/ ? Also is the $52436 a good price/ I notice it's below MSRP and Invoice but can I still do any better? pricewise or accessory wise?
