Lease Questions - Honda CR-V EX-L

I was recently quoted a $404.24 payment for a 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L with Navigation and Honda Sensing. The money factor quoted was .0016 and the residual was .65. This is for a 10,000 mile lease and I would be required to put $683.79 down.

Can someone please advise whether or not this is a good deal? Are there any incentives that may or may not be included? I have a lease currently that would need to be paid off so I assume there should be some kind of lease conquest incentive available. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

    What is the MSRP and selling price?
    What state and tax rate?

    Doubt there are any conquest incentives for the CR-V.
