Hi,

I'm looking to lease 2017 honda crv EX trim.
I would to pay all the lease amount upfront ('one pay lease'). I know it is not a good idea to pay the lease amount upfront. I don't have credit history. I also don't have to pay for the money factor.
I got the following quote from the dealer
" $13700 for 36 months 10k miles and includes all taxes and fees"
Is this a good deal ?

Not having credit history is still going to hurt your ability to lease a car, even if you can pay it all upfront.
Also, even on a single pay lease, there are finance charges. (you might be paying the lease upfront, but the bank has to purchase the entire vehicle).

    $13,700 = $380/mo.

Compare that to a monthly lease cost.
