Car Buying Advice - Better deal for Acura MDX or Lexus RX 350

I'm deciding between the Acura MDX AWD with Tech package and safety features or the Lexus RX 350 with Tech package. I've leased both over the past 6 years and am happy with either. Any comments or suggestions regarding which of the two models have the best prices right now? I generally lease with 15,000 miles for 3 years.

    The RX has a slightly better lease program (higher residuals), so all else being equal, it will lease for less.
