Car Buying Advice - 2017 CRV EXL AWD w/o NAV Price

Hello, we live in Portland, OR. Would appreciate help in pricing for 2017 CRV EX-L AWD without Nav. Best we have gotten so far is 30,000 but I think the dealers are taking advantage of us.
Has anyone gotten a better price? If yes, where? Thank you.
