Car buying Advice - 2017 jeep grand cherokee limited lease

I am looking to lease a 2017 jeep grand cherokee limited. MSRP 42380. I can't remember the rest of the figures as they wouldn't let me keep the paper they were on.
they gave me 2 quotes
36 @431.46 12000 0 down
36 @ 399.41 12000 1000 down
this is all with 5200 in rebates. Is it possible to get the 0 down to 385.00/month?

We would need to know the selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost.
Also, the state and tax rate.

Considering the lease program, it's not a bad payment. If there is any room to get lower, it's with a bigger dealer discount.
