Are you a current or recent car shopper who bought an EV and then installed solar – or who had solar already, making the decision to go electric easier?
OR
Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? Car Buying Advice - Good deal on Mazda6 GT?

I'm located on Long Island, New York. I'm looking at 2017 GT with white paint, bumper guards and wheel locks, no other options. 10,000 miles lease for 36 months. 583.00 out of pocket which is first month and DMV, no other money down. 379.00 a month for 35 payments. Need to verify agreed upon price but pretty sure is 29,143.00, money factor is .0001. 17,231.40 residual. Is this a good deal?

    31,900.00

    .00010 MF and 54% residual
    $1300 lease cash.

To hit that payment, you need an adjusted CAP of about $30,700.
    $595 acquisition fee
    $1100 for tax.

    Seems about right.

I'll say that considering the $1300 lease cash, your discount from MSRP is only about $1500 or less than 5%.
I'd think you have some more room to work on price.
Every $1000 lower saves you $28/mo.
