Tail and parking lights

My tail lights and parking lights aren't working I've checked bulbs fuses and wires still haven't found anything could it be the switch behind the steering wheel

    Have you tested to see if you have voltage at the bulb sockets? How 'bout at the fuse block? You can't rely on visual tests for fuses.

    Ok I've checked the bulb outlet it's fine I'll check the fuse block

    By "fine" you mean no voltage?
