Looking at a quote for a 540i xdrive

I got a quote today for. Lease on a 540i xdrive. MSRP is 67960. Selling price 59900 Rebates included 2k and 500 for usaa. MF is .00146. 36/12k. 0 money down. Drive off is 1500 dollars. Monthly payment is 789. With my calculations looks like 70 dollars more a month. Can someone help with the proper payment. Thanks

    Are the rebates subtracted from $59,900, or are they already included in that price?

    What state/tax rate?
