Hello there! I'm planning to lease a 2017 Nissan Rogue, SL AWD with Platinum package.

36 months term with 12k miles/yr.

What is the current Money Factor and Residual Value? Would any security deposit could further reduce the Money Factor?

Nissan does not have an MSD program.

New program starts tomorrow.

When you say "New program stars tomorrow", does the .00003 MF and 57% residual from the new program or previous program?

Those are the current numbers. We won't have the new program ahead of time.

I saw a "special offer" from Nissan's webpage. When I plug the following terms into Edmund's lease calculator (with 0.00003 MF and 57% residual), I got a $259 monthly payment (incl. tax). Seems it's cheaper than Nissan's offer $297/mo before tax. Wondering how Nissan arrived at their $297 per month. Or may be I missed something?

If you used their MSRP and Net CAP, along with .00003 MF and 57% residual, the payment should be $297.23

If you didn't get that, you've made a mistake in input or calculation.
