To calculate a lease payment, you need:
MSRP
Negotiated selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost
State and tax rate.

msrp is 48550
neg price is 40500
total due at signing is 1800
nj 7.5% sales it should be noted the vehicle is a loaner with 9000 miles. Lease is for 10k 36m
dealer offered 429 a month with the $1800 down
is this a good deal?

The 9000 miles changes the calculation with numbers that we don't have available.

However, $1800 due at signing (that is the total amount due, right?) and $429/mo. is pretty cheap for a $48K MSRP Audi.

Actually NJ sales tax is 7% sorry. I don't think 1/2% changes much
