We are looking at leasing (for first time). Have following offer in SC
*2017 Acura RDX advanced package
*MSRP - $43,160 ; Selling price including sales tax, tag, doc fee $37,860
*36 month / 12,000 miles lease
*$2500 down (399 first month; 1577 cap reduction; other fees/tax/title 523)
*Cap cost is $37,300 and residual is $23,780; Mf .0019)
*$399 for 35 months

Appreciate any thoughts or other questions to ask.

.00119 MF and 55% residual for 36/15.

The numbers don't work with any of those numbers you have for CAP cost.
If we take the $37,300 and subtract the $1577 CAP reduction, we come close.

$3750 of incentives on this model. That makes the dealer discount about $2500.

Not a bad deal.
