1990 Silverado Wiper Problem

I have a wiper problem and have narrowed it down to the pulse module. My problem is the pulse module in my truck is an older rectangular model, not the 'C' shaped one that is readily available at stores and on the net.

Does anyone know how to obtain or repair this older model pulse module?

Can't really see that very well, the photo is so small....aren't all modules the same from 1988 to around '93 or so?

Yes I did but there wasn't anything helpful on it. I can't find any info that suggests two different types of module but if I could see them better, maybe I could help. Not sure what the difference is.
