Car Buying Advice - Is this CR-V OTD price reasonable?

Hi I'm in NC and looking to buy the Honda CR-V EX-L FWD No Navogation for an out the door price of $28,000. Has anyone recently bough this model for a price close to that, and if so what dealer?

 I know spring is a tough time to buy, and I am willing to wait until fall if need be.

However do you guys think that this OTD price is feasable?
