Car Buying Advice - Leasing a Demo

I'm interested in leasing a demo with under 500 miles. My main questions are

1) How does that affect the residual?
2) Are the manufacturer's incentives (lease cash) still being applied or are they not compatible with demo cars?

1) With under 500 miles, it probably won't change it
2) Depends on the make. Ask the dealer if the vehicle is eligible for the new car lease program.
