Hi - I was wondering if this is a good deal. Based on what I have read in this forum it seems that others have received a better deal. 2017 X1 xDrive 28i Cold weather pkg, Panoramic moonroof, Sport seats Nav& Sirius radio

Trade - $5,000
Due at signing: $1,000
Terms - 36/15,000
Residual: $23,461
MF: 58
Monthly payment: $311.93 + Mass sales tax(6.25):$19.50 = $331.43

Money factor is 00.150; residual of 58 is with 15,000 miles per year

The money factor and residual are correct.

Do you have a selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost?
$6000 is way too much money to put upfront on a lease.

I get $323/mo.+tax with that CAP.

Looks like a decent discount from MSRP. But, I wouldn't structure it with all that money upfront. They can always cut you a check for your $5000 trade.

Without the trade equity, and just $1000 due at signing, would be about $459/mo.+tax (which is the true cost of the lease)
