2004 Durango problems

I have an 04 Durango with 5.7 Hemi. Twice now it has acted like the starter was bad, once with a hard rain and once while we were in Wisconsin by lake Michigan with all the moisture in the air. EVERY time it rains it kind of idles funny. Any suggestions on where to start fix problem would be great.

    Might be two separate issues but you could start by doing a voltage drop test on your battery cables. YouTube can show you how to do a voltage drop test.
