i gave a friend a jump; turned off the truck and couple minutes later the truck won't start. I was able to push start the truck and start directly from battery to starter. Now the alternator won't charge the battery but when I checked it at an auto parts; alternator is fine: weird. I replaced the starter relay and the crank sensor in front of the engine. Please help!

First off, I'd check your cables and clean them and then do a voltage drop test on them. You already know your battery is good and your starter is good. Bench testing an alternator is not positive proof that it is good but one problem at a time.
