Lease Deal on Infiniti QX60 in NJ--good or not?

MSRP is $51,040. I don't know the selling cost, but I am putting down 9 MSDs. No money down other than fees, which is approximately $2100. Monthly payment came out to $407. Seems like an insane deal...am I missing something? It is for 12k miles, 39 months

    Does seem strong, but without the details we couldn't tell you if it could be better or not.
