Hello, I was looking at an X1 fully loaded with Navigation, Panoramic Moonroof, Premium Package, Driving Assistance, and Cold Weather Package:

MSRP 40,595

Was told a money factor of .0019 was the lowest they offer

10k miles per year for 36 months

3k down for 388 a month.

Do you think this is a good deal?

Not a good deal - base MF is .00150, this month.

And, we recommend the up front cash consist of only the first payment and DMV costs.

What state and tax rate is this?

What was the selling price?

California, 8.75 tax rate. Selling price $39,341

I want to keep the monthly payment less than $400 a month. Is this realistic with up front cash consisting of only the first payment and DMV costs?

No - if I use the selling price as the cap cost, I get $510/mo with tax included. That's before adding in the $925 bank fee.

.00150 and 64% for 36/10

Hate to say it, but you may be better off looking at something less expensive.
