E-300 Lease

I am looking to Lease a 2017 E-300 in Los Angeles California with details as under:

E300W, Premier 1 Package, Color Metallic, 36 Months, zero Down, 10000 Miles. $1200 drive off, (1200 Drive off which covers First Month, Registration and Title)

I have been offered this at $560 inclusive of Taxes. MSRP on vehicle $57,020 + $925 Destination = $57,945

Is this lease amount correct? I am told I would have to sign up for Auto Pay and that the money factor is 0.00125 and residual 61%.

.00117 MF and 60% residual.
Autopay would reduce that to .00107.

I'd question their numbers (or, the mileage allowance) and residuals can't be altered.

The lease payment/upfront money looks very good.
