2018 S5 lease

Looking at factory ordering an '18 S5 Prestige fully loaded with an MSRP of $67,575 for lease.
I am a ACNA member due to receive 6% off MSRP
My dealer is quoting me a MF of 00.232 and a residual of 60% on a 42 month lease @ 10k/yr.
I have decided a 36/7500 lease would be more competitive...so my question is:

What should the MF and residual be on this car, I'm in California if that matters...thanks,John

.00172 and 62% for 36/7.5
.00192 and 57% for 42/10

MF is marked up for extra profit
