Hi fresh463. I always find that the best way to evaluate a lease is to look at the selling price that is being used to calculate your monthly payment. The selling prices of leased vehicles are negotiable, just as if you were paying cash for or financing them. You wouldn't pay cash for or finance a new car without knowing how much you were being charged for it. Leasing one without knowing the price is almost the same thing. Let me know what this car's MSRP and selling price are and I'll gladly let you know what I think.

Greetings gpb59. Toyota's lease program for the Camry varies depending upon which one of its twelve or so regions you are in. Let me know what state you live in and I will be happy to try to find out what this car's current lease program is like there for you. Thanks.

with wheel locks, heated seats & mud flaps, and there is a $500 rebate for leasing, so figure in the area of +/- $29,000. With NYC/NYS tax & all fees into the lease, wherein pay only first month & tags when take delivery, the lease payment should be $376.
I just put a deposit, (this AM) 1000 OTD 385 a month (PA TAX INLCLUDED 10%) for a 36/12k lease. So ye you are preaty close, the car MSRP is 32950 (some first aid kit, locks, etc)
I am doing the lease vs. buy analysis on a new 2010 Camry. Can you give me the lease rates and residual amounts for August for the LE, XLE and SE (all 4-cly)? 36 month term, 15K miles per year. I live in Kansas. With this info, I believe I can use the Edmunds lease calculator to determine lease prices based on selling prices.
Just came from dealership. These are the lease numbers I got:
2010 XLE with Leather, Heated Seats, Smart Key Selling Price: $27,165 36 mo 15K/yr residual: 15,955 Add'l $1000 College Graduate Rebate Payment Including Kansas TPP and Sales Tax (6.3%): 349
2010 SE with 17" Alloys, Upgraded Stereo, Sunroof, Smart Key, Spoiler Selling Price: $25,761 36 mo 15K/yr redisual: $14,249 Add'l $1000 College Graduate Rebate Payment Including Kansas TPP and Sales Tax (6.3%): 326.71
Only money due at signing is first payment plus about $50.
My only issue is that I don't know if I am happy about the selling price on the vehicles. I know the finance guy and he said that because of cash for clunkers (and increased demand), prices aren't as good as they were. FWIW, There is only 1 Toyota dealer w/in 50 miles of where I live.
Compare www.edmunds.com prices with the "cars" section of www.overstock.com [uses the www.truecar.com engine], all within your zip code or one that is convenient to you, to get a good base cost selling price w/your selected options and the dealers who sell same. The "truecar" engine can guarantee the dealer price in advance, as will say so per dealer displayed.
Here I am again looking for same info Camry. I tried to search older posts but I was not able to locate what I was looking for. I would appreciates if someone can provide me with some some lease #s (such as MF and Res Val) for Camry XLE V6. I am looking for 36 mos, 12k miles/yr lease. I am from around NY area. Thanks guys.
Hi, I just found out that Nissan/Infiniti financing is charging a $395 disposition fee at the end of lease if you decide to return the car and not buy the vehicle or lease another vehicle from them!! I think that is absolutely outrageous and some people have said that other car manufactures are doing this as well; toyota financial services doesn't have this listed on their website so I wanted to know if new toyota leases are having this same disposition fee at their lease conclusion? because if they don't, I'm going to lease a toyota over a nissan hands down; any info would be greatly helpful!!!!
Never leased before. Was in a dealership to purchase a Camry and the salesperson mentioned they have a special going on, 50% off MSRP for Camrys in leasing.
The 50% off is for the lease and the residual value will be based on the MSRP.
Can somebody explain if this is a good option since the 50% off is too good to be true.
Good question, smarty666. As annoying as disposition fees are, more often then not banks charge them. To the best of my knowledge, Toyota Financial Services does not charge a disposition fee, but you may want to check with them directly or with a dealer to find out for certain.

Hi tarzan12. Here's the information that you're looking for. Toyota Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Camry LE or SE with 12,000 miles per year in your area are .00050 and 62%, respectively.
Keep in mind though that TFS' residual values are based upon vehicle's base MSRPs. It places restrictions upon what options can be residualized, making its effective resid lower than the above percentage and making it difficult for anyone outside of dealers who are given a list of the dollar residual values for the units that they have in inventory to figure out what vehicles' residual values should be.

I've been given New Hampshire MF / RV #s of .00050 and 63% on a 2010 Camry LE for 36 mos. 12,000 miles per year. When I add up the down payment $1000, RV, and monthly payments, I get $24,199. This seems too high--higher than MSRP. Right? When I suggested a down payment of $4000 I was told this wouldn't affect the RV, so why deplete my savings? I feel something doesn't add up, but I've never leased before. Can you offer an opinion?
Hi Car Man - do you happen to have residual/money factor info for September (or October - buying this weekend) for a Los Angeles Toyota Camry SE? Greatly appreciate you sharing this info.
I got it at Frontier Toyota from the internet sales department. Simi Valley Toyota was also very close and seemed like good people (again, internet sales). Good luck!
Hi Gpb - No, this sticker was $25,600 on an SE so obviously not leather or navigation. Has the upgraded stereo, rear spoiler and floor mats. My goal was the least amount of options possible.
I am looking to lease a 2010 Camry LE (4cyl with Sunroof). Can you let me know what the money factor(tier 1 credit) and residual value is for October. Is Toyota offering any rebates this month?
Does this seem like a good deal? I'm in AZ. The fine print says it's for a new 2010 Camry model #2532, which I think is the LE.

Interested in special leasing deal from gulf state toyota. the deal is 179/month for 36 months 12k miles for year with 2100 due at signing. My questions is this a good deal?
When I asked a dealership here in texas for the deal, he tells me that I need to bring in 3.1k for the deal. Another told me 4.3k. These are the same base camry without add on. I have asked them to forward me the print out detailing the numbers but none has done so. In addition to first months lease, are there any addition fee that I should expect when leasing? Thank you all in advance.
I leave in new Jersey and I got two offers on 2010 Toyota camry XLE V6
MSRP 32,495 ; 36 month lease , 12k miles and $2000 down payment for tax, destination fee, first month lease .. for $319 and $346 for the same thing but with navigational system . Is it a good price?
I'm bouncing between a Camry and an Accord, either '09 or '10. From my perusal of the Accord forum you seem to be the go-to man for numbers. I hope you can help.
I've done all my homework, but I'm just trying to nail down the money factor and residual for the Camry SE (zip is 01701). If I can find an '09 around here I may grab it. Otherwise '10 is it.
Is this a good deal: $1,830. down and $216. @ month (taxes included), 3 Years, 36 K, gap insurance included, no security deposit, no termination fees. Thanks
Hi Car Man, Would you happen to have the Central Atlantic Region M/F and residual for a 3 yr 15K lease on a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE V6? Thanks in Advance!
I leased a Camry LE (4 cyl.) yesterday (10/31/09) and here are the numbers for California...
- 36/month Lease
- 15K Miles
- No Money Down! (They wanted $2,000)
- $275.??/Month (Includes Taxes and GAP insurance!)
- Total: $22,708.50 (Gross Cap Cost after taxes and everything)
...The only thing I added was Satellite Radio. The car had floor mats, first aid kit and cargo net, otherwise it was a basic model. This was the easiest deal I've done on a car and the dealership was very honest and stood by their emailed quote. So how did I do?
nfortune, i dont wanna sound mean, and since you already bought the car not sure if it makes any difference, but thats a pretty bad deal.
Earlier this month, i was looking at an LE with extra value package, msrp $23,400 i got it down to 218 a month with 218 due, for only 12k miles. but should only add about 12-15dollars a month.
Then i took those numbers, and shopped around. i got an SE with msrp of 27,400 with selling price of $22,930. THEN adding another 1k college grad rebate. My lease price came out to $223 a month, with 223 due. So yeah, your offer isn't the most competitve. Check out fitzmall, its set pricing.
On 10/28/09 I leased a 2010 Camry LE for 36 months and 3 years. I had to put down $1,830 (tax, title, license and doc fee) and will be paying 215.09 a month.
Only extras were AM/FM/CD Player with Satellite capability with hands fee phone option.
