I have a 2000 chevy suburban with 5.3 v8 that is hard to turn right when hitting brake feels like it locks up but if let off brake it becomes easy to turn. Also if vehicle barely moving brakes pulse abs is on when hit brake pedal, anyone have any idea what these issues might be ?

Might be a sensor problem. The only way to get to the bottom of this is to use a professional scan tool to read the data from the ABS system.
