Car Buying Advice - Lease question

I was planning on buying out my car in a few weeks when 36month lease ends. I Just found out that with my trade in & cash upfront, NO payments for 3 yrs. plus the buyout price. I'll be paying OVER the ORiGINAL Sticker Price 3yrs ago. I need to know if this is common of if I got screwed over.

Part of the single-pay lease (paid for by your cash and trade) goes to finance charges on the lease. Sort of like interest if you were buying the car. I'd say that, plus sales tax, would put you over MSRP.

Of course, I don't know which model, or what the sale price was on the vehicle.
