Car Buying Advice - 2017 C300 Lease Rates please

About to go over my current C300 miles, I have been receiving emails from dealer to turn it in and get 5 mo credit on future lease... great deal right?

Whats the MF on the C300 coupe 36 mo and 15K miles?
In my current lease i put 0 down, drove off with just first month payment.
