Car Buying Advice - Audi Lease End

I'm currently leasing an Audi and have 4 payments left on my lease (it is due back late December). If I choose to make the 4 payments next week, can I give the car back within a week or two or will I have to pay a termination fee (waiting until 90 days are left on the lease)?

As counter-intuitive as it might seem, making all of your payments does not guarantee that you can turn your car in early, without penalty.
