What do the codes on this Subaru invoice mean?

For this 2018 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited (JDF-24) I noticed the three numbers in the red box. The first is clearly holdback, you can validate this because it is around 2% of MSRP which is the standard Subaru holdback.

Any ideas on what FP of $220 and AHB of $75 is?

When I asked, I was given the non-answer "The FP and the AHB are reimbursements that the owner of the dealership gets paid from the manufacturer to compensate for some of the cost of doing business."

Assuming those are dollar amounts, I'll guess that FP is Floor Plan and AHB is some sort of advertising charge (or, Additional Hold Back).
