Help Diagnosing Vibration Noise

Hi. I have a 2010 Fit with 63,000 miles on it. Over the past year, when my car goes from a stopping position into 1st gear, I hear a vibration noise that sounds like metal to metal. I have taken it to two Honda dealerships and although they hear it, they can't duplicate it to figure out what is happening. I noticed, when there is more weight in the car (more people) the sound is louder. Any suggestions? My extended warranty ends in two weeks. THANK YOU for any help you can provide me.

The torque converter has already been replaced. Didn't stop noise.

It's hard to say very much about noises from this distance. Has the car been lifted to locate the noise, or just road-tested? Has anyone given the catalytic converter a good look, for internal damage?
