Carfax and autocheck reports

I'm interested in buying a low mileage BMW from a local independent car dealer. My concern is after the initial registration from DMV, this car has no other history of registration renewals in carfax or autocheck for the three years it was leased in California. Also this car was listed as fleet/rental/leased car in autocheck but not in carfax. Should I be concerned about the significant gap in vehicle history?

Thanks. I'm posting a side view of the car from the dealer website. Am I seeing things or is there a damage to front right part of the door?

Initially I was thinking same but there appears to be wider gap between the bottom part of the door and the side kit towards the front of the car. Am I just seeing things?

Hard to say.. that's probably a plastic piece on the bottom. Doubtful they have a car with unrepaired body damage.
