Car Buying Advice - What should I be paying for a 2016 Qx80 lease?

Hi, I know there are a few threads and I was trying to add to them but I wasn't sure how. I was considering leasing a Lexus gx and saw that they weren't very flexible with their prices and thought that the qx80 would be more worth it?

I saw this listing for a base 2016 QX80
MSRP $64,985
Cap Cost: $53,291
39months/10k per year in Socal

I'm new to leasing so I wasn't sure what a good MF was and how much I should be expecting to pay per month (w/o tax considering I have perfect credit-- do you recommend making a $5K down payment?)

We don't have any lease program information for the 2016 model QX80. I would guess that it will be relatively expensive to lease. What sort of payment are they advertising?
