Need Help! Narrowed down to Lexus GX 460 or Ford Explorer Sport. Will Lease whichever has lower monthly, no money down/Min drive off?
Can you please let me know the MF and Residual Value for the '17 Lexus GX 460 Luxury model? The Luxury MSRP $65,360 is the only model that offers the Auto 3rd row controls instead of manual. 36mos/12k miles, live in Orange County, CA.
What is the absolute MINIMUM drive off I can negotiate- Doc Fee, Acq Fee, License & Registration Calif? (don’t like to put money down on leases)
What are the current lease cash incentives?
Thank you!

Need the same info for the Ford Explorer Sport w 401A package MSRP $51,695

    .00020 MF and 58% residual.
    $1500 lease cash.

Sorry, but I don't have Ford information for October, yet.

You can roll anything into the CAP cost that you want to. Even the first payment. The dealer doesn't care. The only reason they quote big amounts upfront is to make the payment lower, so the buyer feels like it's cheaper.
But, in CA, you want to pay the license/registration upfront, because those are non-taxable fees. If you roll them into the payment, they become taxable.

Did you get a good deal? Be sure to come back and share!

Huge Help @kyfdx! Keep me in mind if you see the October Ford Explorer '17-Sport 4x4 MF/RV 36/12k, Calif.
BTW- On the Ford Lease Payment Calc. site. I show $945 in destination charges for CA. That must be the license/registration, my only drive off.
They do show $3,500 incentives good from 10/3/17- 1/2/18
?Autobytel shows many Bonus Cash offers, it's confusing to know which apply to lease & combine https://www.autobytel.com/ford/explorer/2017/incentives/
    TY!
