Dim left head lamp

Left head light is dim and goes out on flash to pass. head lamp has been replaced.HELP

    Check power to the terminals when you use the flash to pass.
    Put the negative test lead on the battery, as it is a known good ground.
    If you have proper voltage, then check your grounds.
    The symptoms you describe sound like a loss of ground.

    Thanks for to info found a blown fuse working fine now

    You might check to see if that fuse is unusually warm. Sometimes there's other things going on, but looks like you've got it handled.
