Anyone have a good offer for lease of 2018 BMW M550i?

So far I've been offered 7.5% off of MSRP of $78,095 or sales price of $72,238

lol just today I got quoted this joke of an offer for 3 years/15k miles:

MSRP: $83,265
Selling Price: $82,265 (lol... that's not even the $1500 lease credit)
Residual: $46,628.40 (56%)
MF: .00172

$1180/mo (including tax).

Oh, and if that's not bad enough... they want $5k out of pocket. If anyone wants to fight me for this amazing deal, let me know.

So, they said the $72,238 includes the $1,000 Fleet discount.
- The $3,500 in discounts ($2,000 loyalty and the $1,500 BMW lease credit) is applied to cap reduction.
- Net Cap Cost is $69,663 ($72,338 + 925 bank acquisition Fee - 3,500 cap reduction)
- $897 monthly payment
- $1,900 drive off
- They also said BMW will pay off 3 months of payments to get me in early

That gives me $831/mo.+tax
As long as your $1900 drive off can be itemized, the numbers look decent.
About 6.2% off MSRP, before the fleet incentive.

I agree, the offer is decent, but not great. I have couple of months to finalize the deal, Usually in December--there are more incentives for dealer and BMW to move inventory.
