Need help with removing instrument cluster.

Hi i have a 1998 toyota corolla csx and im trying to change the lights on my instrument cluster . I have removed all screws and casings and am trying to tilt the cluster to remove to replace globes at the back of it but it won't budge.. am I doing something wrong or are there additional steps I need to do to get this thing out?? Please help!!!

    I'll give that a go. . It's pretty much not moving ato all but I do have more movement on the right rather than the left...
