01 Express 2500 rough start in park

I have an 01 Express 2500 . In the morning I start the van and it idles very rough to were it back fires then stalls. If i put it in Neutral, starts and idles fine . Lately it been stalling when im driving. After its warm ill be driving and when i slow down it stalls. Recent repairs with in the year. Fuel pump, stat, Idle control valve, Crankshaft position sensor and air filter. Any ideas?

    O2 sensor(s) need swap? Or that new idle control valve is DOA or wired incorrectly, missing a connection ?

    Last tune up since X miles?

    Try to check the MAF, EGR and intake manifold also.
