Assume that I have
Neg equity -$1600 on my trade .. but I think it should be less

Where should I be in my payment with these numbers?

I already know they want .00192 on the MF —which I already stated was too high knowing that the base MF right now is .00152 for BMW..

$3000 lease rebate.

Assuming the $44000 already accounts for the rebate, adding $1600 for negative equity, $925 for acquisition fee, $500 for dealer/DMV fees, and $2900 for tax.. adjusted CAP of $49,925.
Payment = $621/mo, with just first payment due at signing.

Thanks! Yes 12k per year so 60% RV .. isn’t there a rebate on the taxes for my trade which would cut the taxes a bit?

Also does your calculations include .00152 MF or the .00192 they’re telling me ?

So they are telling me they can do $577/ month with $1200 drive off ... should pull the trigger?

I would build the drive off amount, minus 1st month, into the adjusted cap. That would put you around $610/month roughly.
