okay so im getting myself a new car today 2014 elantra 6 speed to be a little more specific. My mom is getting the car under her credit because my credit would get me ridiculous apr. My license is suspended for failing to own insurance prior to me selling my last vehicle until i can unsuspend it monday. So my mom does NOT know how to drive manual and the insurance and car will be under her name and license. Any way i can get this car home wtihout paying a tow? can a dealer stop my mom from giving me the keys and driving the car home anyway regardless of anything else? I need some third party perspective before I head out later today please and thanks

But, if your mother permits you to drive her car, when she knows you don't have a license, if you get in an accident, her insurance company will probably deny coverage.
Why not just complete the deal, and leave the car there until after you get your license reinstated on Monday?
