New lease car with miles

I'm looking at a 2017 540xi. It's got 260 miles on it but is being leased as new, but I'm wondering is it officially a demo or loaner with this many miles. Is the residual still the same, 61% for 10k and is there anything else to watch for? Thanks

Still new. No residual reduction. I think the cutoff is 500 miles for BMW

Those miles are probably because a manager was using it or it came in on a dealer trade.
