I’m looking to lease a 2017 Mazda CX-5 touring preferred package in Erie, Pennsylvania but don’t know where to start. I don’t want to put any cash down and would like my payments to be 310 a month or lower. Is that possible, because dealerships have been giving quotes of 400 a month for Mazda’s with the msrp of 29k with 750 in discounts.

PA sales tax on a leases is 9%-10%. That means you need a payment around $280/mo. before tax to get to your payment. That doesn't seem likely.

But, $400 seems a little high, too.

What mileage allowance do you need?
The AWD model has $1470 of lease cash, as well.

    .00009 MF and 54% residual

With a $750 discount from MSRP, I'd put the payment around $335/mo.+tax, or about $365-$370/month.
You could probably get that down to about $350/mo. with a little bargaining.

    I don't see $310/mo. happening.
