Seattle, WA area.
Traded in a 2010 Mazda CX-9 Sport FWD (with leather added) for $7k. Had taken it to Carmax and was offered $7k by them. It's now offered for sale at $12,400.
Did Edmunds TMV and Truecar for internet quotes. Most were in the $30,600 - $30,900 range
Honda of Seattle online price quote for '17 EXL AWD: $30,035 with no added options or accessories.

They did dealer swap to get ext/int color we wanted at that price. Entire deal done via email and phone. Very easy and upfront, no surprises and entire deal was handled by one person, no F&I guy involved. Spent 2.5 hrs at dealership and of that, 2 hrs was salesman going over the vehicle, settings, features, menus, setting up phones, etc. Everything from A to Z. Paperwork was easy and straight forward.
