Residual and MF// General leasing question

Hello, Please provide residual and money factor for a 2017 civic touring and also a 2017 civic ex-l for 12k and 15k in eastern PA. 

Also- is it ever ok to lease then buy the vehicle 3 years if the lease deal is good? 

Financing a new car makes me cringe, but I drive for work so I want something new or close to new so I don’t have to worry about anything.
