Need help determining value of my truck. 2012 Chevrolet 3500 HD Long bed, crew cab 4x4. LT

We are getting ready to trade in or sell this truck. One owner, mostly highway miles, 186,000. Truck is completely stock, has a clean Car Fax. Never in an accident, no dents or damaged interior. Has been a great truck for us, just looking to sell before the miles get too high. We did get one trade in # from an out of state dealer that was very low. He has not seen the truck however. Local dealer says he wants our trade based on our previous clean trades, have yet to talk #s yet.

Though, I doubt many 2012 trucks are coming through the auctions with that many miles.
