Is lease deal good for loaner 40e?

Hello, I am considering leasing a loaner 2017 40e with about 6700 miles. What would be considered a good pmt with $3k down total including first month pmt at lease signing. I live in NY (8.625). I think the deal I’m getting is pretty amazing but want to confirm with some second opinions. Thanks

What is the payment?

Typically, BMW loaners with over 5000 miles don't lease well.
