i was just wondering what is the possibility i can actually get this car at this price?

They are having a lease deal of 269 a month for 36 months with 3k down.

I was wondering if someone can provide some knowledge on this deal or is it just to get you in the door.

$925 acquisition fee
$299 first payment
$300 DMV fees (est)
$499 dealer/doc fee (est)
$1300 sales tax

So.. a little over $6300 due at signing.
That makes your average monthly cost about $470/mo.

Now, that's a pretty good deal for a $52K MSRP vehicle, but it's not $299/mo.
