2017 RX F Sport LEASE

Can anyone provide me the lease numbers (RV, MF) on a 2017 RX F Sport AWD in MD (6%) for 36mo/10k? I’m also looking for an estimated lease payment. The MSRP is 60k but I got $51,850 purchase price when talking to a rep for Financing with dealer discount and incentives. I’m thinking they can bring it down to $52-53k for the lease? Let me know if I’m missing something. Thanks in advance!

    57% residual
    .00010 MF
    $2000 lease cash

If I add $4000 for tax and acquisition fee (MD taxes full selling price), and use $53K for selling price, the payment is $643/mo, with first payment and dealer/dmv fees upfront.

Are you a car shopper looking to purchase a vehicle in the next month or so? If so, a reporter would love to ask you a few questions. Please send a note to PR@edmunds.com by end of day Friday, December 15 if you'd be willing to chat. Thanks!

Is MSRP 59,100 and selling price of 51000 for 36mo/10k for $615/mo a good deal? Believe the MF they said was 0.0002.

And should I buy MSDs to lower the payment? The dealer is saying it won’t make much of a difference.

MSDs lower the money factor. So, if you have a really low money factor, then their isn't much savings to be had.

    That payment looks about right.
