Is this a good lease deal on a 2018 dodge challenger scat pack

Looking to lease a 2018 dodge challenger scat pack in Nyc, 36/12. Received this quote from a dealership for $465 a month with 1k down on a Msrp of 48,260. I was hoping to be in the low 400's a month plus it being the end of the year. Do I have enough wiggle room to get it in the low 400's?

    We don't follow pricing, but the math makes it hard to get any $48K MSRP vehicle for $400/mo.
