Was this a good lease deal--2018 Kia Optima?

Just leased a 2018 kia optima ex with premium package for $299 a month,0 down and $2500 in taxes and fees. Bank approval came back tier 5,was this good deal?

    1st month pymt included in fees as well

    The msrp was 30k and $2500 due at signing which was for 1stmonth,bank,dmv,taxes,36month,12k miles a yr in NY

    Yea i figured that,the advertised price was $250 a month with tier 1 credit or do you think it would have been lower?
